Release of the official Beta version of the new Resco Explorer 2008

It would be really nice if when in selection mode, you could have the description part of the window remain scrollable with finger gestures, while the check box part one could just drag their finger accross to select multiple check boxes without having to press them individually.

Oh and a very minor thing the pc installer says "resco explorer 2007" and release in cab format is preferred for those of us who use the config.txt in custom roms, so that it can be automatically installed when we flash our devices.

(I know you said e-mail feedback, but i assume someone on the thread will eventually e-mail the comments or someone from your company would check the thread)

Otherwise very satisfied, especially with the "details" view, I definately prefer the "thick finger friendly" list view for navigating the directories on my device and selecting folders, especially when using gesturing.

I installed the cab straight to my device, but am having some issues. Is anyone else not able to delete or rename files? I highlight an item, hit delete, but nothing happens. Same with rename. Is this just me? Is this function removed as a restriction because its in beta?

The delete problem was fixed and there is a new download available on their forum.

I didn't get a chance to try the beta's but I'm trying the release right now.
So far, I like it.
