Increase Audio Bitrate - Remote Desktop
 

Anyone know of a way to increase the audio bitrate in Remote Desktop Mobile? I'm trying to listen to music via a subscription service that doesn't support Pocket PCs, so I'm forced to run it on my home computer. The sound is fine when I use the desktop (Vista/XP) client to connect, but it sounds like crap using the PPC client. I don't see an option in the program, and I couldn't find any relevant settings in the registry after poking around a bit. Anybody have an idea?

There's a registry hack available.

Don't know if you have to use certain values - I couldn't get it working.
I just stumbled over it whilst googling for a solution for the same problem:

I stumbled across something similar while searching for a solution. Unfortunately, I think this only applies to the desktop client. Still looking for a way to improve audio for the PPC client. Any more ideas?
