I had a similar problem when I cleared my channel cache and tried to log on to reload it. The app would either sit n spin while loading channel info or would give the "cannot load channel info" error.
I took a peek at the us channels xml doc and it looked OK.
Reinstalled the app. Channels xml doc had the "OTB" date/time stamp, fired up the app and logged on. Channels loaded, no problems. Looked at the channels XML doc again. Its date/time stamp was updated to date/time of the logon.
No problems loading channels since.

It appears you may have been bitten with the $2.99/mo. fee for online radio. SiriusXM has just changed their pricing policy so that you no longer get online Sirius for free. I believe they are enforcing this once you renew your account, but not 100% sure.

Sirius is returing the following error when you log in, and it appears C-ApiSRO isn't handling this error properly due to the new changes. I will have to fix C-ApiSRO to handle this more gracefully.
Sirius Error: Sorry, your subscription package does not include access to Sirius Internet Radio. You'll need to add SIRIUS Premium Internet Radio to your subscription.

Other than handling the error more gracefully, there isn't much I can do for you; sorry.

Edit:
I can't help you with your subscription, but maybe you can help me. I modified C-ApiSRO to handle that error more gracefully, but I can't test it because I do not get this error from Sirius. Please do me a HUGE favor and unzip the C-ApiSRO_Debug.exe file from the attached file and attempt to log in. Put the file in "Program Files\C-Apisro\" folder. C-ApiSRO should give you an "Insufficient Privileges" error. This would be of tremendous help and make it so others will know what is going on with their subscription. Thanks.

Hey R-Capi, I see you are back to work at it. Can I ask you to move the captcha screen. Last version I tried the on screen keyboard would pop up over the captcha and I would have to open and close it to remember all the numbers/letters. I'm on a VGA Diamond,, thanks!!

This has already been fixed and will be in the next release, which is very soon.

The $2.99/month is for CD quality on-line listening. If you have a subscription you can still listen on line without paying the extra cost. It just doesn't sound as good.

If you have a month to month you will get cut off when your account gets rebilled. If you have a yearly subscription, you will have access until it is time for you to reup. That is what I was told a month or so ago.

That is the way it USE to be. From now on you will be REQUIRED to pay for your online radio service, and that cost is $2.99/mo. Once you renew your current subscription you will no longer have access to online streaming unless you pay that fee.

This is SiriusXM's way of alienating their loyal customers. It will provide almost NO NEW BUSINESS. Why would you pay for online radio from Sirius if you can get it for free elsewhere? It is foolish on their part and I suspect they will change it back soon.
