Im looking for for an app so I can sercetly track my girlfriend.Please help me,I have an nextel i930 and sprint titan I would like to track or receive text alerts to my phone.My girlfriend has a gps enabled nextel ic 902.Please help please help. any apps or services beta if possible.

I've seen this on chat sites and forums for years and I always have the same response:

If you don't trust your girlfriend then why are you still with her? Either she's a lying, cheating *****, or you are just a paranoid, controlling jerk. Either way, you don't belong together.

The man is asking for help, not for you to advise him, or to tell him where his girlfriend is at.

I agree, but you have to look at the "flamers" post count. Most low and posting because they think they are being funny, but fail to realize they look stupid. Best just to ignore them and move on. Now, on topic...

I was searching to find a post that was similar to this one that had a program that would allow you to track someone phone. Problem was, you have to install it on her phone. You most cost effective method is to straight up ask her and then decide what to do from there. Good luck to you, I hope all goes well for you.

Do you just think she is cheating or do you know she is cheating and want to catch her in the act? Thinking she is cheating because she has male friends or something, usually leads to nothing. Or you go thru her phone and stuff like that, which will alert her to what your thinking and she will change her game up.

I agree with the above poster, ask her and see what she says. She wont expect it coming if you havent been all paranoid with her up until this point and she will be caught totally off guard.

Did the guy say anything about not trusting her or her cheating. I mean, I am sure it is the most likely scenario, but doesn't the possiblity exist that it is something else entirely. Maybe she has a medical condition and he just wants to know where she might be if he can't get in touch with her.

I guess some of the flamers have bad experiences that they are drawing on themselves. Or maybe a little too much Springer on thier Sprint TV. Who knows?

yeah and maybe he need to do that 'secretly' so that she'll know he has her best interest at heart?! There are only a handful of reasons to secretly try to spy on someone and none of them are noble or honorable...:angry7:

Sprint Family Locater works fine....

You can set it to find whatever phone as long as you own rights to that phone. You bought it----your family....

Even then----the MINIMUM notification is one time a month to the phone that is being 'tracked".....

It will NOT do a totally secret tracking.

I have two sons-----I told them both that I had set the tracking capability since I paid for their phones.

I also told them both that I would check from time to time....

They get notified once a month that tracking is active on their phone.

They are great sons and I trust them..... I also remember what i was like as a boy their age....

Trust but verify------and this acts as just another small deterrant. My wife is horrified I do this----but then asks me to check every so often.

My take----any parent who loves their kids and does NOT avail themselves to this kind of easy tech is crazy. And of course you have to be totally up front with them from the start that this is a possibility....

Ok boys and girls. I'm gonna close this down. I think there were some good suggestions made and these can certainly help out the OP. However, there were some pretty useless comments/posts from a few others.
