Email/SMS/Missed Calls Counter with icons?
 

I'm pretty tired of the HTC home plugin and need a change, however, I need those buttons that show and link to email, sms, and missed calls. Throughout my search I believe that BatteryStatus can do this, but do not see the option to check. I don't necessarily need or want to use BatteryStatus. I just want I icon that displays my missed calls, etc. Any suggestions?

batterystatus and phonealarm might be your best bets... then can both be configured easily to accommodate what you're looking for.

Thank you guys for all your quick responses.
I sorta wanted it to be free (i'm kinda cheap) so phonealarm would be out.
As far as peracount, I wanted buttons that could be pressed to link to text messages or missed calls.
I think I'm going to have to go with batterystatus, but I still don't see how to enable email/sms/missed calls count. Maybe that option just shows up with customized skins, guess I got more research to do.

yeah, you'll need to write the "code" in your skin.xml for batterystatus

I couldnt get use to POINTUI

I been using SPB Phone Suite and Mobile Shell but i think my battery has gone down faster with this.

Yes, batterystatus can do alerts.. my batterystatus keeps tabs on voicemail, SMS, Email, Tasks, and calendar, all on a 1 line plugin..

There is a HTC home "clone" floating around for batterystatus.. Its notification line is very similar to mine...

Here are some pics of mine.. Let me know if you want it, and I'll try to figure out how to zip it up and send it off to you. You'll need VJdialer to make the Voicemail check work, but it's a simple setup.
