Transfering files to regular phone

I have a mogul and my girlfriend has a fusic. She doesnt have vision but wants ringtones and apps. Any way to transfer jar files and ringtones to her phone that you can think of?

I have bluezard. It allows me to transfer files, but when i go to find them on her phone, they are not there. I think i am close to getting it... but just cant.

Please share your thoughts and experience with me...

I have no definitive answers but does her phone have a sd card? Can you put stuff on her card with your ppc or computer then put it back in her phone?

i have had issues with bluezard and sending files to normal phones too....
it seems bluezard has default locations to put the files on the other phone and they are in folders that the user of the normal phone cannot access.
hope this helps,

Re: Transfering files to regular phone

To put MP3 ringtones on a Fusic (My wife has one)
1. Download a program called Bitpim http://sourceforge.net/project/platf...group_id=75211
2. Download the usb drivers from sprint http://www4.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/s...alId=downloads You also have to have the usb cable for the fusic
3.On the phone itself there is a music creator just create a melody it doesn't matter how long it is and save it with whatever name you want.
4. While the phone is hooked up to the computer open bitpim. And let it find the phone. Then under view hit view file system. Somewhere under the file system you will see the music creator click on it and you will then see the file you just created
5. Right click on the one that is a .wav and hit replkace with and then just replace it with a mp3 ringtone from your computer and that should do it. I dont' know if this is the right place to post this but if you have any questions let me know and I will try to help Without paying for them this is the only way I know of to put ringtones on the fusic.

The last regular Sprint phone I had with Bluetooth didn't support OBEX, which I would think is necessary to transfer files via BT. But hey, I'm no Bluetooth expert.
