SK Today Commander
 

I was looking for the updated version of SK Tools and found this app... it looks great, specially for square screen users. I think I'm gonna give it a try...

* up to 9 different today profiles
* for each of profiles are possible: an individual set of plugins, the individual order of plugins, the individual theme
* switching of profiles:
- from the main program
- from a special plug-in (two view modes)
- from bottom tray
- from any menu or any launcher or hardware button (using a shortcut)
* you can organize an empty profile for get some free RAM
* English, German, Russian UI languages

You can basically have more than 1 today screen, and it does not 'appear' to be as resource-heavy as WA2 and WAD. Anyway, thought I'd share since I've never heard of it here.

I tried it, it works ok. The switch between the different profiles, or today screens, worked very well with the today plugin included and it supports one hand nav.

One thing I noticed is that while being on any other profile than profile 1 and holding the OK button won't bring up my iLauncher task manager.

After some tweaking I'm pretty sure this could be a viable option for users wanting something like virtual today screens offered with WAD, but do not want to spend all their resources running it.
