Looking for net tools
 

I need to get at least one of the following for my HTC_Apache but can't find any that work

*packet sniffer
*packet generator
*other network tool that i can analyze packet loss / intergerity issues

I'm tired of sprint being inconpently slow with some problems i've been having (see here for details
