Never ran across anything freeware that comes close to VDJ. I have a limited version that came with my Hercules DJ Console and I have the pro version that a friend warezed a while back but while I've seen similar software like PCDJ, I've never seen a free one. I assume you want beat matching, mixing, eq, pitch/tempo adjustment, scratching, etc.

Yes, I am looking for this on the pocket pc.

Its gonna need turntables on it, me and my friends like to mix songs on the go.
