Actual S2U2 cab available here?
 

So, went to xda-developers site to download the newest S2U2 cab, but it's actually a rar file.
I try many different ways of renaming it to a cab file with no luck.

Does anybody actually have the "real cab" available for a hopeful upgrader?


Also, been looking for any Samsung Time skins... anyone, anyone?

If you just need the s2l2 cab, i got the one for 0.96 if you just want the probram
edit:looks like i'm too slow at posting these. plus mine is older anyway

whats the differance in the newer one though?

edit2: is there a winrar for ppcs?

Its a rar file...so you have to open it with win-rar on your regular pc. the cab file is inside...then you can cut and paste the cab file into your ppc.

yup "rar" is just another form of a compression.

ZipGenius (freeware) is a very good program for the pc...with many type of files to decompress, just go to the "tools" and select the files you would like to decompress...such as "rar"..."zip"..etc.

You can also d/l "Pocket RaR" (freeware) for the phone.

thanks. i do know how to install single cab, but i have problems w/installing zipped cab file tried everything and.... nothing ,no idea what to do! may be somebody can help me please w/detailed instraction it's for sch i910. thanks in advance!

hi im new to this and i was wondering. i downloaded the zip and installed it. although sometime when i turn my phone on, the "slide to unlock" light does not scroll through the words and the time does not keep up with the original clock. also the actual sliding "bar" does not move when i move it. haha i no its a lot but i was just curious if its my phone or wat? i also have the HTC Touch Pro

The version you downloaded is very very very old.....

Goto:

www.ac-s2.com and download the 1.42 version.

thanks a lot. i was just curious but is there a way to make the text size larger or maybe even the unlock thing bigger. the older version size was perfect. is there a way to edit that. sorry about all the questions im just curious...

I believe that is coded into the program and cannot be changed.....

But you could check out the customization thread and see what they have made. I believe the image sizes can be changed around, and make things bigger.

my god some people are using some old versions. wait till you use the versions. lol ive never seen a rar file for s2u2. im amazed some people are still using the old versions. there the ones flintstones are using. lol

hey everyone im fairly new to this, i fell stupid askin u guys these questions but i was trying to get s2u2 cab on my phone but wen i download the files u guys post which is a zip nothin happens i dont have clue wat im doin lol sorri guys. but am i missing sumthin do i need to download sumthing else i was lookin for the ab file of it

A_C posts the more recent versions of S2U2 and his another S2 applications on his own website, here:

The downloads are ZIP files; unzip them to get the CAB files, copy those to your phone, and open them on the phone to install.

ok i downloaded it but wen i go to click on it it say theres no app please go run program im not gettin the right file i think¨do i need pockef rar or another program to make it a zip first

all you need to do is dl the cab from A C site and install the cab. link for site is posted. make sure you dl proper resolution, vga or qvga didnt see what phone your on but tp is vga touch vogue is qvga.

im using the touch pro...im acyually using the net from my phone. would that b a problem..cuz i did jus fl it, and it said the same "not a real app please run program first_idk wat im doin wrong i downloaded touch responce kus fine but it had lil yellow box beside it saying it was s cab_ i jus dont want anyone hating me cuz im clueless here
