This new flash lite 3 , what is it and will it help us touch users ?

They just made the annoucement today that Microsoft is going to license it and have not yet set a date when they are going to offer it to OEM's. And yes it would beneift all of us as you would be able to play probably most .flv files inside your browser (Opera, PIE).
