I know this is an OOOOLLLDDD thread, but i've been recently confronted to the same problem. That program you're referring to -everyWan remote support Pro- doesn't seem to be available anymore. I could get the Standard edition in v4.0, but it actually requires cable (i couldn't see any Bluetooth option) to connect...

Is there any way i could get that program, via an existing link (i could only find one link working over dozens and they all redirected to the official site of the original editor of the software, which company doesn't exist anymore) or a personal download ?
