Magicall Alternative??

I have been using magicall for a bit now and it works perfect for what i need (to block certain numbers) but it also offers way more features than i need. I really dont want to pay $25 for a program im not going to use to its full extent.

any cheap or free alternatives to block a number would be great!!!

I would suggest Call Firewall as well. I haven't used it myself but I know others here have suggested it in the past.

Another option would be to get a free Grand Central number and set it to forward to your cell phone. Give people the Grand Central number and you can set it to block whatever numbers you want via a web interface.

thanks alot guys I'll give firewall a try, Grand Central would work but they don't offer local numbers for me and I have to have one for work...Plus I've had this number forever so I'm kinda partial to it

so Call Firewall is exactly what i am looking for but it just simply doesn't work, I add numbers to the black list and leaving it running in back ground, yet it still rings thru

any ideas

ok so I got it to work, kinda. It still rings thru for about a 1/4 ring then gets auto rejected... which is really just as annoying as receiving the call...I'll play around more with it tonight tho!

Might want to try Call Block from Wish Solutions. (wishsolutions.com)
It's not free, but I'm playing with it now and after a bit of tweaking, seems to work on my Sprint Mogul.
