When I try to click on ILOCK, I get a box that pops up & says
"LOCK & S2U2 are closed"....Any ideas?

Yes. Search.

Run a search on "slide2unlock" (or some variation) and you'll find multiple threads that will help you out.

Thats what mine does too, what are you expecting it to do?

ILOCK is used to set the registry values on the first run of S2U2, and to restart S2U2 after a registry change/edit regarding the program. You normally don't need to mess with it. There are details in the text file that came in the download .zip file.
