Is there some type of autotext application add-on available for th built in text program? I text alot thru the day and ever since moving from my Treo I spend a couple of minutes editing and retyping things that were automatically corrected on both my Treo and my Blackberry. Things like im are changed to I'm etc... I edited the built in dictionary on my TP and even run spell check on the text before sending it and it still doesnt work. Is there some sort of auto text application that I can install to do this for me when I am in text?

Touchpal may have that feature. It has a pretty comprehensive autocomplete feature.

I have it installed but don't use it much since I hate onscreen keyboards.

Autocorrect is enabled already in my settings. And I have already added the 10 or 12 most common edits in the built in dictionary and it doesnt correct anything. If I am in the T9 onscreen keyboard (which I HATE) then it will suggest words, but I want something that will correct it for me, not suggest a word, and I am not a fan of onscreen keyboards at all... Hence the reason I got something with a hard keyboard. I dont get how something that has been so basic on the Palm and Blackberry OS can be lacking in WinMo. =(

May I please have some help figuring out the name of a program I used to use a long time ago. I'm about to kick myself because I can't remember the name.

Description: Program you install on your phone that automatically downloads and caches websites when ever you connect to ActiveSync. (It could also be setup to download wirelessly, but I only had it update through a computer connection.)

This seemed like a pretty popular program, but searching for offline browsers and other related search terms has failed me. I'm sure someone here has used this program before. It was free last time I used it. You downloaded it from a website and signed up for an account on their site. If you wanted more storage than the default account then it would cost.

Damn me and my horrible memory. lol.

Finally found it buried in some search results... AvantGo... Was pretty easy to setup and used to be free. I'll check it out again.

If anyone is familiar with AvantGo and knows of something similar but somehow better (and free), can you chime in?
