Spb.cab Icons + quick launch action + cLaunch form = How?
 

ok guys, heres what ive got...

ive got a ton of icons i downloaded for spb pocket plus 4.0 that i would like to use in this mess.

im using quick launch right now to launch all the HTC stuff.

i want to swich to claunch so i can change the icons.

how can i extract(?) the icons from the .cabs so i can use them with other apps. and how do i find the program that quick launch is currenetly launching so i can make claunch do it?
