Problem with HTC Zip application, "central directory not found"
 

I am suddenly getting this error on EVERY zip file I download and even some that I previously downloaded.

Something got corrupted in my ZIP application.

I've searched this forum and others and it seems to be a growing problem with no known fix. I'm hoping someone here has some idea of how to fix it short of a hard reset.
