I do get an error still but most of my information is pulled up. I do have data in Current as of, Phone Number, Period, Mobile2Mobile, Night and Weekend, Text Messages, and Vision. The error I have is

It completes without an error now, but I have no data listed besides Current as of and Period. Everything else is blank.

Apparently Sprint is doing maintenance though, I just logged in to their site and am getting a message about it when I try to look at usage. That is most likely the issue I am having now.

i had the same problem as banzaiwolfe, now i dont actually get an error, but it doesnt get any data, and the phone number no longer shows up

everything works but i only see mobile to mobile, night and weekend, text message, and vision data, There is no option for PLAN mins. Any clue?

This is pretty sweet. Is it fully working on WM 5? Good on the Treo 700wx? I would love to put this on my little sisters phone so she knows where she's at with her mins and texts since I pay her bill.. But she's on a Smart Phone (Moto Q)

found your problem i think u didnt upload a new version. On the about screen it still says .5a so either u forgot to change the about screen or upload the new version. Hell why am i telling you. You already know this lol :)

Not getting/displaying full set of data
 

Best idea for a today plugin I've come across yet and I'll be happy to donate once a few issues I'm having with the latest version (0.5b) are resolved.

First, I have the Fair & Flex Family 800 plan and need to be able to monitor usage of each individual phone line as well as have an overall total. Looks like only one phone number can be used, so is this currently beyond the capabilities of the current version? Are there plans to support shared plans?

SprintPCS (below) shows what I see when viewing my account online, which matches up well with what's shown in Data tab, though for only the Mobile to Mobile, Night & Weekend and Vision Data Home categories.

No data is shown for 'Anytime Minutes', which I presume is because it's part of the shared plan? Is there any way to get this value to display?

What's also strange is that under the Today tab, I have the Vis. checkbox off for the first row but on for the next three, which are assigned to FFP, DAT, M2M and N/W, in that order. Yet on the Today screen shown, I get all four displayed, with the value for M2M used for FFP...

Since only three of the four are selected to be visible, shouldn't only those three be, well, visible? Also, the DAT value seems to be limited to just 5 digits, so it would be better to display the value in KB until the 1MB threshold is crossed, then display in MB and then GB...

For this app to be useful to me, I really need to be able to view the current shared minutes total, at the very least, but would prefer the option of displaying subtotals for each phone in the shared plan.

Here is the problem I am having....

I installed 0.5b... (will I downloaded the link that said 0.5b, but about says 0.5a / DLL Version 1.4.2)

1) I go to the configuration screen, and enter my username (which is my phone number), my password, a my phone# as the Settings screen requests...


2) I hit the save password button

3) I click on REFRESH at the bottom

When the status gets to Finding Minutes Usage Page, I get the following error...

AN Unexpected error has occurred in nueMinutes.exe

When I click on details, I get

nueMinutes.exe
NullReferenceException

at minuteLibrary.Minutes.getDataNew()
at minuteLibrary.Minutes.getData()

Then I have to quit....I have tried it several times.

I have Sprint Touch running the stock ROM.

NOTE: I also uninstalled, and re-installed, and tried just the phone number and password without the phone number again...

hmmm no2chem, maybe u can help me with this one... i got nueminutes runnin an working but when it gets my info it reports back minutes used 33333 n like 800 texts an thats far from truthful lol... am i missing a step..???

Hey no2chem. This is a very useful app. Great job. I have a Sprint Touch, and I am using the recent v0.5b of the plugin. Everything downloads for me (text usage, data usage, mobile-to-mobile usage, and nights & weekends usage), except the one crucial thing I needed out of this app ... the reading of the daytime/anytime/most important minutes won't download. Those minutes aren't even referred to by the program as the program has a feel to it that it reads everything but the anytime minutes. I am adding to your rep, btw, but can you help me out with this?

lol n/m i got it, sorry i had a noob moment... "soft resets are ur friend" shouldn't that be like rule #1 haha... its been a long night/day installing all new kitchen appliances and countertops my brain is in diff place lol... Thanks dude it works great now...

I installed the .5b version to my PPC6700 and when I tried to open it I keep getting error msgs stating that I "need a newer version of Microsoft.NET Compact Framework than the version currently installed on this device"
What can I do about this?. I'm still using the ROM from Sprint, if that helps any.

This is a fantastic little app but I am having a little problem. The checkboxes to select if the numbers are visible do not do anything at all. I just want my anytime minutes shown because I have unlimited everything else. My phone is a Sprint Mogul and I am using DCD 3.0.1
