strangely i've gotten this notice the past 2 nights between 12am and 6am (dont know the exact time it appeared but do know it was in that timespan both nights)

How do we check to see if .Net fw is installed and version?

hmm, the next build will output more debug information so i can track this problem...

its possible that the sprint site was down....

Just tried the latest version and it's detecting my anytime minutes just fine, so thanks for fixing that so quickly.

Once you get back to the today plugin code, there are a couple things I'd like to see fixed:

-the 'gear' is inaccessible if you have enough items on the Today screen that the vertical scrollbar appears, so it should be relocated to always be available

-the data usage only displays the last five digits of the usage, so the first one or two most important digits (as well as the decimal point and units) are missing

-the vis checkboxes have no effect upon what is actually displayed

-the update time should be the local time, whereas right now it's two hours ahead

Hope you will be able to fix the today plugin soon and I'll be making a donation to support this great little app!

Make sure to install the .net COMPACT Framework rather than the .Net Framework.

I've installed .Net CF 3.5, updated all of the user/pw/# in the Settings.
The Data tab shows the information correctly when I click Refresh from there.

When I click the globe on the today tab, it shows the steps, and even shows 'Last Update:" with the last time.

Still, the Today values don't update. Just showing PLN 3333/44 M2M 34/2 N/W 2888/2 TXT 43/100.

The sprint site does properly show my information. I'm FFP plan.

Now it works.
After entering my id/pw information and clicking refresh in Data tab...
Go to the Today tab and there will NOW be items in the drop down boxes....
Select the appropriate 'Data Name'... and update the Short description if PLN is too confusing for you..

Someone should put together a sticky 'nueMinutes' setup/usage manual.

everything is working great for me, just some suggestions for the today screen:

most of us know how many minutes we have and screen space is valuable. so instead of it reading FFP (which it should at least say 500 anyways), just let the today screen list PLN: <# of minutes> all on one nice thin line. when the line is clicked at all, that refreshes the data, then you can get to the settings through the options button in the start > settings > today > items screen. then you can get rid of all the icons (i prefer a very clean look).

edit: oh, and i dont really care when it was last updated, so that doesnt really need to be on the today screen either

I unfortunately haven't been able to get this working yet. Last time I tried to update (last night, 7pm EST or so), I received the NullReferenceException that cyclical noted. I am running an HTC Mogul on Sprint with the latest official ROM release (though I may switch to no2chem's when I have the time).

I'm more than willing to either a) provide a copy of my usage pages or b) assist in running through the code and trying to track down the bug.
