Scheduled Backup for PIM?

Hey guys.

Is there a way to set up a scheduled backup for PIM items? I'm using the automated scheduled backup insktools rright now, but only does a full system backup, which is WAY to large to store on the memory card.

Is there a way to make SKTools Backup JUST PIM items at like 3:00am, every day? Or does anyone know of a program that can?
