The DMCA has been used successfully as a threat against bittorent sites. Linking to BT directly could still put you in legal jeopardy (see SuprNova's history and numerous other torrent sites...)

No need to discuss if it's fair or not but it can be used to threaten which is all that matters.

I advise no one to link directly at this site.

hey this is actually my first post and i havent gotten my 700wx yet because it ships tomorrow ( so im still using my trusty 650 ) But I found a program call TxTMaN found here http://benhirashima.com/software/ anyways I think its free and hopefully it will post like the Palm does- that one downfall and probably the only I see from switching so far..
