threaded sms and unread counter
 

I installed the threaded sms several days ago (no problems, btw), and then all of a sudden i was showing 2 unread messages. I knew i read about it somewhere and how to fix it (still never found it), but did find a "uninstall TSMS, read the unread, reinstall TSMS), did that and noticed the messages were dated yesterday. Somehow they came in and slipped by TSMS and went to the regular sms app.

This post is really kind of a two part, One is to reiterate how to fix it using the uninstall method, the second is a question to see if anyone knows how to fix that little tidbit.

Thanks

1. Uninstall threaded SMS and remove all SMS from the standard sms app.

2. Reinstall threaded sms and reboot.

NOTE: Ensure you are installing the one step cab version for newer devices. There is another version out there for older WM5 devices that doesn't work right with newer devices.
