Memmaid ?
Are there any programs, preferrably freeware, comparable with MemMaid.
Just cant afford it but after the trial expired realized its really needed. |
I think SKTools Lite is still free:
http://s-k-tools.com/index.html?sktools/m_lite.html it's no Memmaid, but it does a lot. |
Syrguy1969 is correct as that is the closest you will find compared to all the features of memmaid. The free SKTools Lite only comes in the smartphone version (unless they have changed over the last 6 months). However, I have used the smartphone version before on my Mogul for testing.
What functions are you looking for specifically? Knowing that would help. You can achieve the memory cleaning using one of several freeware apps (quickmenu, Oxios, etc). |
Oh Yeah.....for a quick 'close-app' fix....oxios rocks!!!!

Depending on what you're looking for, you can replace a lot of Memmaid's capabilities with freeware, just not nearly as simple or as clean. Dot Fred's Task Manager - an absolute must have all-around utility - is the best example I know of that's free. Poke around in there and you'll find the running processes, notification queue, etc.

If you don't mind a cracked version you can get it at Link Removed by Moderator. You will need to register but it is free and you don't get spamed.
