Can you be more specific?
If your looking for a program that can read finger prints off the digitizer it cannot be done. Its not software. It would have to be in the hardware.

i really don't know how does it work... but htc sirius has it...

The HTC Sirius has a built in fingerprint scanner under the d-pad. You have to have it in the hardware.
