AlarmClock (gsAlarm) - does the app have to be running?

Like do I need to have the window open or does it run in the background?

Also, do I need to open it each time I turn the phone on or does it automatically put itself up?

I really can't afford to be missing work anymore...... so I'm getting this app in the hope that 15 minutes will be enough to drag my butt out of bed (1 minute between each snooze) but I need to make absolutely certain its going to work.

I think you have to keep it running in the background otherwise it probably will not work.

You could allways check the FAQ section of the publishers.

I use gsAlarmClock myself - 100% reliable. You do NOT need to launch it, or leave it running, for an alarm to go off if its set. Heck, you can even soft-reset after setting an alarm. The app uses the notification queue (correctly :D) to schedule the alarm.

Just make sure you close the app once you check the alarm checkbox by tapping the x box.

I've never missed an alarm with this app.

I second Schettj. This app has worked 100% for me where SPBTime did not. Great App.
