Samsung Omnia 2
 

Hi I'm new to th forum. I want to get me a Samsung i8000 Omnia 2 but don't know when it will be in South - Africa. This might be a stupid question but must a windows mobile phone be sent in like any other phone if it starts giving software problems or has got a virus or can I format it like with a windows pc and fix it myself? It is really starting to make me mad because I had to sent in one of my phones (my Samsung F480i) in for the second time. It kept swithing off and on again. I sent it for a firmware fix but after I got it back it started doing the same after 2 weeks so now it is back again and hey said there must be a virus on my memory card but I scaned it with my pc's Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and I got no virusses.

Not the right section for this questions. But yes a hard reset of the phone removes everything and it goes back to how you received it. Removing all issues. Why not ask question in the Omnia 2 section
