gmail push/ outlook question?
 

Is there a way with gmail push to delete messages on my mobile device/outlook but not the gmail server?

there is a cab floating around here called sprint mobile email that does push mail great. only handles one email account (there is another called seven in same thread if you download for htc 6800 for use on tp that handles many accounts) then when you open messaging go to options and you can set to delete from server, move to server trash, or do nothing after deleting from your phone.

EDIT: iirc it is sprint mobile email that has the option. i installed seven and it took over my S.M.E settings.

Check into your settings on sprint mobile email, but it does send emails fast. between instant, to a few min. but you won't be able to turn off data, the cab turns it right back on................ Battery drain...........

That sprint mobile email sounds nice, but Im concerned about battery drain.

I figured out a solution. Instead of deleting, there is an option to "move" to gmail.
