Media Player Today plugin
 

Anyone know of a finger friendly today plugin that controls Windows Media player?

If it displayed album art too you would be my hero.

I have that WMPTodayPlugin.cab thats floating around but the buttons are fairly small.

HELP!

windows media player mobile sucks go get pocket player. this is all finger friendly and displays album art amazing but u have to pay after 30 days

The HTC Home Plugin combined with the Audio Manager is working nice for me all on the home screen.

The app suggested above is very nice to and may work with the HTC Home plugin but so does the standard Media Player that comes on the phone. I just don't like it.

btw, WAR EAGLE brother. Makes me smile everytime I look at that EV-DO map from Sprint and see that AU has coverage and 'Bama doesn't.(Well, I mean they have VZW but what's that really worth to a PDA user at the end of the day?)

I just can't believe no one has made a big button today plugin for windows media player, or one that atleast just attaches to the default player. cmon people!!

I don't know about the 'finger friendly' size of the buttons, but Malatesta (fountain of knowledge that he is :-) )posted one a while ago here:

Well...I tried it out...I think it is a keeper for me, but it takes getting used to. It definetly uses the Windows media player (default), and is also a Today plug-in, so there are two points asked for. The song playing is also displayed on the Today screen.

the controls are too small for my fingers, but work well with the stylus.

The part that takes learning is that you have to open full media player, and then minimize it to use the plug in controls.

Not 100% what was asked for in the OP, but pretty close, I think if you can get over the finger part you will likey!!!!

Yea thats the one I have been using. Its actually a great plugin, but yup, just ever too small for the fingers!! I guess I should posted that this was the one I was using.. but thanks for sharing anyways!!

i just put in pocket player plus 5.0 i think is the version and its pretty nice.
goes good with pocket plus 4.0 as a tab

def reccomend it..you can even use any winamp 2+ skin

just wondering how to make one in the tab instead of the standard today plugin but im sure ill find out in time...
