opera 10 final slow?
 

since it's realease i have noticed that the progress bar seams to take forever to finish. i have had a faulting tp replaced this week, but even on replacement it does the same. i find myself stoping once page shows. i even started using opera turbo with no effect.

try opera mini final. same look and feel but way faster loads in my opinion.

Anyone Else notice slow input via text, happens with physical and soft keyboard for me...anyone else?

Another vote for Opera Mini 5 (B2), it blows away every single other browser out there in terms of speed (and it's a joy to use...and looks virtually identical to OM10).

both opera mobile final and opera minI are buggy as hell and both do not work how they promised and its hard to get out of it without either exiting or pressing the home button. I use iris which is much more compatible with websites and doesn't redirect you to mobile versions.

@eric12341 - I have not noticed any bugs within opera mini. Care to be more specific? As far as true html pages I'm 95% happy with what is shown on mini.

I love Opera Mini 5. Just remember there is a difference between Opera Mini 5 Final and Opera Mini 5 beta for WinMo. The Mini 5 Final still uses Java while the Mini version for WinMo does not use Java.

I have 1 bug in Mini 5. If I do not use the standard keyboard the delete or back button deletes everything. Another thing that stinks about Mini is that you can not pass the link in a text message or email to Mini. At least I haven't figured out how (after several registry edits the best I can get is Mini to open and then pasting in the link).

But the speed compared to Mobile?! Like x infinity faster (ok slight exaggeration- but def faster).

I haven't personally tried the latest mini but I've tried the opera 10 final, I don't seem to notice it being slower but maybe its just I don't seem to use it a lot. I find myself using opera 9.5 much more, I have opera 9.7.

i would like to find 9.7.0354432 have the cab at home on pc 890 miles away, but a search has left blank. i don't like mini at all. wifes lg rumor wont email out unsupported iteams (unsupported for lg) to send me the cab. time for another search.

I don't see no opera 9.7 build 354432... I'm not sure if that is how it goes, but i see opera 9.7 build 35443 though... most builds i see are only 5 numbers long not 6. if so here is the build you must be looking for my friend.
