SMS Nuke Trouble?
 

My friend and I were using sms nuke 1.3 (its used to send a lot of messages to people)

Last night we were just bored and send hundreds of messages to someone and after getting all these calls and messages saying im going to get the cops involved and get you in trouble

Can someone get in trouble for using SMS Nuke, SMS Bomber, or Text message spam?

I guess sending 100+ texts anyone can treat this type of behavior as harassment/spam...etc.

I can see them getting upset if they dont have a text plan and you now just cost them $$$$$$ in incoming text charges and getting law enforcement involved.

Could be considered a misdemeanor and end up in small claims court if those messages cost any significant money.

if cost isn't part of it, i would have to say that what was in the text would be a part. if you threatened, or harresed recieptients, or made volgur inuindos it could have repermands. if you sent hi 100 times there shouldn't be a prob. if it were your friends, a gag is a gag. if not....
