Looking for store coupon software that works on WinMo

Twice I've seen some great software while grocery shopping. Once on an Iphone and the other on a phone running adroid. Both allow you to look up a brand/product like foldgers coffee and your screen shows a coupon and bar code that you can scan at the register. Haven't had any luck finding similar software for WinMo 6.1/6.5. :( Anyone know of any??

i took a good look at Cellfire, its a neat program and would be exactly what I am looking for but sadly none of its stores are in my area.
We've got A&P, Stop n Shop, ShopRite, etc.. but none on their list. :(
