[WM][Mar 6]PPCGeeks UI Switch v1.0

This is a little application I whipped up for Mr. X. It switches from Manila to Titanium when you click the icon and back with another click. Very simple and no gui at all. Figured why not post, some others may like to use. Do note the is written in .NET 2.0. ;)
