Skype For WM - Anyone have the LAST Version?
 

It appears that Skype has removed support for Windows Mobile by removing all Windows Mobile versions from their website.

Does anyone have a copy that they downloaded in the last 3 months?

Or, What do you guys have?

I am not trying to pirate or warez here, as Skype for WM was offered free, I just need to get the last version released before it evaporates completely.

I've read on a tech blog that if you haven't signed up for service before they yanked the application you're out of luck even if you manage to install the cab.

Did the blog suggest why they pulled it? I heard Google owns Skype now so maybe they're discouraging use of WinMo.

not True.
Download the desktop app and sign up. then install the .cab and sign in..
downloaded and installed yesterday... works fine

I installed 2 days ago also... I didn't even install the desktop version. I installed the cab, signed up through my device, had to pick a username a few times as the one I wanted was already in use, then assigned a password. All was smooooth!
Then I connected with someone to test it out!
Only thing is the sound comes out the speakerphone speaker instead of the ear speaker.

I know there is a fix for this but can't seem to find it anywhere!
