Update PPC to newer OS?

I have a Toshiba E355 that I got back in highschool and recently I thought about getting it back out and trying to update the old ancient OS to a more up-to-date one. Is it possible to do an OS update on a PPC thats about 8 yrs old?

That's a pretty ancient, severely underpowered device. I don't think you'll find any upgrades for it.
