The premier free PPC photo viewing and editing app is now updated. Version 1.4 has been around for years. Version 1.51 became available just last month, and it's still free. CAB download link:

I have 1.51 from Jan 2009 (a year ago). Is there a newer version?

1.51 appears to be the latest, and you're right it became available a year and a month ago. (Think my eyes need checking again.)
