PIM Backup trouble
 

OK, really it's not PIM Backup's fault, but I'm trying to go through the file with excel. When I open it It goes fine until part way through one message it decides that the rest is written in chinese and stops. In notepad I can see it goes on, but I can't get the rest into Excel. Any ideas?
