SEGA emulators

So, I have an iPaq hx2495b running WM5. I just got into this emulator thing, and wanted to run old SEGA master system or the like on my ppc. I heard PicoDrive worked, so installed that, and just to test it, E-Swat Sonic, and Alien 3 ROM's from Rom World. Pico starts, and finds the three roms, but nothing happens when I choose any of them. Just a blank screen.

Any help on how I can get this running would be great!

all i know of is genesis emulator for morphgear. works good.
