Application Request - Related to Opera and Skyfire
I typically use Opera for web browing since I prefer it to Skyfire. As we all know, however, Skyfire can show many pages that Opera can't.
Is there anyway to add a menu item, a softkey, or an option when you press and hold that says "Open in Skyfire"? That way I can browse with Opera and don't have to mess with opening Skyfire manually and doing the whole copying and pasting of the URL. Possible? Impossible? Stupid idea? |

That would be pretty useful.... no idea how to do it though.

I am pretty sure there is an app that will do that for you...
I used it just bc i didn't know how to change my default browser (it will do that). But i am pretty sure you can set it up so that when you open a web page- it will pop up and give you an option to choose a browser. I could be wrong though- for me it was a little complicated cause i am a noob. I would just link you to the page on XDA but they are down right now. So here is the cab. I encourage you to do some research before you install bc like i said, i only played with it a little. it is called JZSmartMort. Please make sure to visit the Dev's thread and thank him if it works out for you. |
