Here is the newest beta version of the popular MyMobiler software.

**I dont have an official changelog, but I can tell you that the file explorer seems improved and will open the windows directory instantly!!
Also, I find no more lag when connecting

this one seems to have a bit more zip to it then the other version nice when i type in palringo it seems to keep up pretty with my 80+ wpm and when i get a new email i get a pop in the my mobiler icon in the taskbar letting me know i have an new email only stays up for a second for me though

Still moves rather slowly for me. I'm on Win7 64-bit. It's definitely snappier than the previous version and I can't live without it, but there's still about a 2-3 second delay.

just wondering, is this even new? the last stable update was in 2008 and their site mentions no word on when 1.25 was released (at least not that i saw). Trying to figure out if it's just a beta left for dead or not... let us know if you know when they released this.. thanks. http://mymobiler.com/

Yea had used this one, I love it.
Trying to find something that will do that same thing on a mac, so I don't have to fire up Win7 on VMWare everytime I want to use it though.

Did you miss the links to download 1.25 on the site you linked to? The file dates match the file name as 01/17/2010.

Good news.
I've used this in the past and kind of forgot about it.
So I downloaded and am using it now.
After starting it the first time it connected via active sync with SYNC IP of 169.X.X and so forth.
Since I was using my phone to tether, I wasn't able to test how the browsers in winmo worked.
Not letting that stop me, I shut it down changed connect settings to disable auto connect. Tethered phone and PC then set connect ip to tether gateway 192.168.0.1. Connected and voila, I am posting this now from my tethered PC and browsing on Winmo at the same time.
Sometimes Windows mobile has some interesting surprises, when it works well.

skins for mymobiler? they must have made chnges cause the version I had did not have skibs. But I must wonder what would be the purpose of skins for mymobiler

no real purpose aside from visuals... default mymobiler skin is too boring. looks a lot better if you have a skin of the device you're using for it... it's like the hardware of your phone is on your computer screen, not just the software behind the screen :)
not sure if they have a pure skin though, maybe diamond2

Hmm. IMHO, skins are the sort of lean toward bloat that doesn't really add value to the purpose of the software.

I fired up the Windows 7 Virtual Machine last night to use this for a bit, just as cool as I remember using it back in the day.

im confused as to how you did this...could you break it down step by step? im wanting to have my phone hooked up to my pc using mymobiler but also have the internets working on my phone...when i hook up with activesync i can control my phone on my pc but i cannot connect to the internets...

im running a 6.5 mightyrom on windows 7 64bit


EDIT: ok...got it to run with a data connection but only when its internet sharing...is there a way i can run this without internet sharing from the phone and be able to use the data connection to run internet apps from my phone on my pc???

+1 on explain step by step. Let me know if i can do this... I want to be able to use active sync (WinMo Device Center) and use my data connection to surf the web from my computer (not phone) at the same time. Is that possible?

Oh hey, new version, great stuff. Thought this one was dead due to..well, what can they improve? It already works fine, adding too many more options would bloat it. New version seems quite a bit faster though, the file explorer seems snappier too. I tend to use the Mobiler file explorer more than Windows' due to its ability to run files on the device when selected rather than in Windows itself.

MyMobiler is among my absolute must-have WinMo apps, wouldn't be without this one - makes multitasking so much easier when the phone's sync'd with my laptop, saves changing screens and keyboards to reply to texts.

You can do this using WMWIFIrouter using Data>wifi option as long as your pc has wifi, and still be able to use MyMobiler.
