PPCGeeks - spb weather 2.3.0

hey guys i downloaded spb weather 2.3.0 for my samsung i920 (omnia 2) along with mobile shell.... anyway i downloaded spb weather because my city in pennsylvania is not listed in mobile shells weather that comes with... i downloaded spb weather thinking that i would be able to add sources but everyone i try to add either returns an error or just does nothing at all... ive been reading the posts i could find as far as what to do and same with the readme files i have been getting with the template zips ive been downloading... and still nothing... help please if i cant this working i want to return it because its useless the closest city to me that is bringing up is 25+ miles away... any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks in advance.
