free alternative to memaid

I really like the program memaid but was just wondering if there was a good free alternative to this program or if I should just suck it up and buy it?

clean ram works pretty good. Memmaid does work well though IMO.

SKTools has a free version and the full version blows the doors off of MemMaid (which I also own). Here is the outline of the features you get with the free version.

http://s-k-tools.com/sktools/lite.gif

SKTools Lite is freeware for WM5 Smartphones.
Lite version include this SKTools options:
  • Clean!
  • Invalid registry entries
  • Invalid registry values
  • Temporary and Cache folders
  • Temporary and Junk Files
  • Bad Shortcuts
  • Benchmark
  • System Information
  • Registry Search
  • Notification Queue
  • Delete PIM information
  • Auto Clean
  • Compact or Purge call log
  • FreeUP RAM
  • Statistics

The paid version has more features than you could possibly use but definitely has a lot of useful features that have saved my bacon more than once. Here is the URL for SKTools:

so check it out before you spend any money.
