Database app: Web + PC + PDA ??
 

I'm looking for suggestions for a database app that will run on a WM device that can merge/sync with a web database.

I'm looking to put together and online database of fixes and client information for myself and fellow workers to access. We'd like to have the primary database web based but be able to have a standalone on our laptops and our PDA's for when we can't be connected. Of course any changes made offline we'd need to sync once we can connect and have multiple users able to update the primary database at various times.

I've done the prerequisite searching to find a solution on my own but not really sure what package that's available for a WM device might have the ability to sync with a web based DB.

Anyone have a similar setup and can recommend one package over any others?
