Just thought I would mention sourceforge.net as a place to look for software well for ANYTHING. I always go there first to see if there is a program to do what I need it to. (also people that build software can go on there)

There are pocket pc apps there just gotta dig deep in their search. There are lots of projects where the program is ported for multiple operating systems also smart people can go on there and use the code to make stuff (open source programming)
