Default keyboard on 6900

My 6900 has the default keyboard set as the diamond keyboard but I prefer to use the regular keyboard most of the time and have to change it back to the regular keyboard every time I soft reset. Where is the registry entry to keep the change permanently defaulted to the regular keyboard?
