faster Data Tweaks?
 

What are some good data tweaks? I have to tether most of the time to get actual good data speeds so this would help me a lot.

the 2nd one doesnt really specify where they are located. I plan on finding all these tweaks possible and posting them all in a cab. Help is much very appreciated.

Second one is an app that does reg edits for you,tcptune. Tried it and didnt need it. I set my tcp window size to 131072 and get pretty good speeds.
