ICS and WModem Fix.cab

I downloaded and installed the ICS and WModem Fix.cab. Something must have gone wrong as I lost my usb connection to activesync on my desktop.

How do I uninstall the ICS and WModem Fix.cab programming and return to normal state so I can try it again?
