need a little help modifying a cab

OK, I am relatively new to the creating/modifying cabs scene. I basically just took clauncher (attached) and edited it to say Clauncher2 everywhere instead of CLaucnher, I also changed the path to CLauncher2 and edited the registry accordingly (or so I think), I renamed the plugin title to applications2. As you can see im basically just trying to clone the program (and add new tabs, but first things first). When I install my new cab, it does not show any new panel, when i uninstall it, it removes the Applications tab I had from the original CLauncher installation, although CLauncher still appears as a program in CHome, you just cant see it, so I uninstall both. When I reinstall CLauncher, it installs fine again, so what did I miss here. How can I completely separate these 2 cabs as if 2 different independant programs that will both show up in my 6.5menu? I'd actually like to make like 4 of them with like 20 panels each for maximum customizing. Any help will surely be appreiciated, I think im just missing some stupid thing. Please take a look @ the cab files and let me know where I $%^ed up. Thx.
