mail2web?

Ok... So I checked out mail2web and would like to have my Yahoo! email pushed to my phone. Can someone help me out with what exact service I need to sign up for on mail2web.com? I feel like I'm lost on their site and am just looking to have my Yahoo! pushed to my mobile Outlook.

Also if there is a better way or other service to use please let me know. I'm new to this so I am open to any ideas to getting my Yahoo email pushed to my phone.
