pocket tunes problem: tiny window

I have installed and reinstalled this program a few times, but for some reason the program is tiny on my diamond.

Any thoughts?

Nevermind... VGA skin fixed it.

how in the world do i get the vga skin installed. i downloaded it, placed it in the app data and i the skin screen in options is blank. can somebody help me stretch this screen out
