A video converter over the air?
 

I record a video with my treo in 3gp format.
Is there an app to convert the video over the air, in my ppc?
I just want to email it but not in 3gp format.
I know there are converter for pc desktop, but I'm looking for one app (if exists) to convert the video in my treo and email it in not 3gp format.

Does anyone know if it exists?
